Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. Please be advised of the following terms regarding ticket purchases for our conference.
Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the event date.
Cancellation by Organizer: Refunds will only be granted in the event that the conference is cancelled by the organizer.
Ticket Transfer and Reselling: Ticket transfers or reselling to another individual are strictly prohibited.
Change of Date: In the event of a date change for the conference, no refunds will be authorized.

What are the ticket prices?Tickets are available at two levels: VIP tickets are priced at $999 + HST, while General Admission tickets are $350 + HST. As a special benefit, Professionelle members enjoy a discount of $100 off VIP tickets and $50 off General Admission.

Is there a refund policy for tickets?Please note that all tickets are final sale and cannot be refunded or transferred.

What should I do if the tickets are sold out?We understand how disappointing it can be to miss out, as our Summit tickets tend to sell out quickly each year! For members: You will still have access to our exclusive Pre-Summit Week programming, and you will receive an invite via email. For non-members: We encourage you to join Professionelle House to gain early access and exclusive discounts for future events. Members always receive priority registration and discounted summit tickets.

Are meals provided during the event?Absolutely! We will provide complimentary coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day. Additionally, we offer a variety of lunch options, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices, along with breakfast.

Are ticket upgrades allowed?No, we are not allowing any ticket upgrades.

I noticed that you are having a sale, but I already purchased my ticket. Can I get a refund for the difference?Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments. If you purchased your tickets before our sale, discounts can’t be offered at a later date.

Will attendees be photographed and/or videoed at the event?Yes, attendees will be photographed and/or videoed throughout the event. When purchasing a ticket, the individual agrees and provides their consent of being captured on photo and/or video for We Rise Experience™ purposes.

Are attendees allowed to record and/or take pictures throughout the event?Although we encourage attendees to capture the We Rise Experience™, we remind you not to be obstructive or in the way of the We Rise Experience™ media teams. Mobile photography/video of yourself is permitted. However, photography with a camera or professional equipment is not permitted. All activities, speakers and/or performances are not permitted to be filmed, recorded and/or live streamed on any device.

What is the closest airport to the venue?Toronto Pearson International (airport code is YYZ) is about 15 minutes away from the WRE 2024 venue.

Where should I book my hotel?We Rise Experience™ is taking place in the City of Vaughan. Please feel free to research hotels in the Vaughan & Pearson International Airport area. Some suggested hotels in the area would be: Novotel Toronto Vaughan Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/ Vaughan Avid Hotel Toronto - Vaughan Springhill Suites by Marriott Toronto Vaughan Please note: Downtown Toronto is about 40 minutes away. If you choose to stay in that area please be aware of the travel time.
