Privacy and Confidentiality For Members/Guests

ProfessionELLE House management and all staff members are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards and pledge to maintain all records, discussions, and personal information concerning the members and their guests in the strictest confidence.

Respect the privacy of fellow members and their business activities. 

Our exclusive community offers a private space where members can freely share ideas and collaborate, therefore sharing the personal or professional information of a member without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Maintaining confidentiality fosters trust and a safe environment for all members to enjoy. Any individual(s) in violation of these policies, will be held accountable in accordance with the law.  Additionally, members and their guests must not approach, disturb or solicit others with whom they are not personally acquainted. 

 

Respect and Courtesy For All

We expect all members, guests, and staff to be treated with respect and courtesy. 

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language and behaviour in order to uphold a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all. Members found engaging in such behaviour will be promptly escorted from the premises and will automatically forfeit their membership, including any fees paid up to that point. Noise Levels At the House, we encourage in-person interactions in our common areas while maintaining a low to mid-range noise level to ensure a conducive working environment for all members. The atmosphere will be vibey, fostering a lively yet respectful ambiance. Private rooms are available for reservation for audio and video interactions. When not in a reserved area, please ensure that phones are on silent mode. All other audio must be played exclusively through headphones to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. If a designated area is unavailable for use, please step outside of the House to conduct any conversations via audio or video. Your cooperation helps us create a balanced and productive atmosphere for all members and guests.

Press/Social Media

ProfessionELLE House strictly prohibits unauthorized press coverage. Members are responsible for ensuring neither they nor their guests disclose or identify fellow members or guests in any public forum, including but not exclusive to social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, or personal blogs. Similarly, members and their guests must refrain from disclosing details about private hires or member events held at the House.

 

Cameras/Recording Devices

The use of cameras, video, or recording devices, including mobile phones, for any form of live-streaming, photography, or recording is strictly prohibited within the House. Members must ensure their guests also adhere to this policy. Breach of this policy will result in swift disciplinary action.

 

Professional Conduct

PH members maintain professionalism in all interactions and adhere to ethical business practices and integrity. This includes solicitation. In line with our commitment to trust and authentic connections, we prohibit unsolicited job referrals and resume amendments without appropriate, previously formed relationships.

 

Shared Spaces

To maintain communal areas, it's essential to keep them consistently clean and tidy. After using furniture and equipment, promptly return them to their designated spots to accommodate the next member. Food must be confined to the kitchen area, and all consumables should be properly disposed of. Please refrain from bringing in any outside food or beverages, 

unless medically necessary.

 

Guest Policy

Given the capacity limits, privacy, and exclusivity within the House, members will receive a maximum of 3 guest passes, which can be used at their discretion. Guest passes are valid for a maximum of 2 hours upon booking a private meeting room, must be used during hours of operation, and within the calendar year. Members must notify the House of their guests at least 24 hours in advance. Any guests visiting the House must provide a valid form of Government issued photo ID, which will be held for the duration of their stay, and recorded for safety and security reasons. Guests are not permitted in common and shared areas. A member's guest may not enter the House without that member being present. Members may not be separated from their guests within the House or allow their guests to remain in the House when they leave. Members are responsible for ensuring their guests adherence to the House rules and policies, and can face suspension or termination of membership if their guests violate those rules. ProfessionELLE House would like to ensure first and foremost that our members' ability to fully enjoy the amenities and benefits of the House without compromising the quality of their experience. Children & Minors

While we fully support mothers in all aspects of business our facilities are designated for adults only. This policy ensures a mature and conducive environment for professional activities and interactions. By limiting access to adults, we uphold our commitment to comply with legal standards and regulations concerning the safety and well-being of minors in potentially unsupervised environments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

 

Animals

No animals will be permitted in the House.

 

Use of Facilities

Please adhere to all guidelines when using club facilities and equipment to ensure their proper maintenance and longevity. Promptly report any damages or issues to club management to facilitate timely repairs and uphold a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. Your vigilance helps us maintain high standards of service and facility care.

 

Alcohol, Smoking, and Illegal Substance Policy 

Smoking and the consumption of alcohol, within or outside of the House premises is strictly prohibited at all times. Furthermore, the possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances on House premises or around the external vicinity upholds a zero-tolerance policy, and will result in immediate removal from the premises and immediate termination of membership.

All members and their guests are required to adhere to the House's policies and legal regulations.

 

Club Membership

Please ensure timely payment of membership dues and fees to maintain active membership status. It is important for us to have your current details plus a photograph in our membership database. Notify club management promptly of any updates or changes to your contact details or membership information to ensure effective communication and service delivery. Keeping this information current helps us better serve your needs and maintain accurate records.

 

Entering & Departing The House

All members must check-in upon arrival. All members and their guests are asked to respect our neighbouring business by keeping noise to a minimum whether entering or exiting the House premises, or while in the surrounding area.

 

Adherence to Legal Requirements

Members must uphold all laws and regulations, including but not reserved to antitrust practices, data privacy, and governing intellectual property.

 

Violation of Code

Members should understand that breaching the code of conduct may result in disciplinary measures, including suspension or termination of membership. By accepting membership, you have agreed to cooperate fully with investigations into misconduct, ensuring transparency and fairness in upholding House standards and community integrity.
