In 2019, driven by a profound sense of responsibility to uplift other women, Treasa launched the influential We Rise Experience Summit (now known as The Professionelle Summit). This groundbreaking conference was thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive roadmap for entrepreneurs and professionals, offering invaluable insights and strategies to build successful, sustainable businesses. Recognizing the unique challenges that women face in the business world, Treasa curated an empowering event that inspired attendees to break through barriers and reach new heights.
The tremendous success of the We Rise Experience Summit, along with heartfelt feedback from the community expressing the need for a safe space to connect and grow, propelled Treasa to elevate her mission further. In 2024, she courageously bootstrapped and opened the doors to
Professionelle House, Canada’s first Black-owned and led private members social business club. This innovative venture serves as a year-round incubator for women, fostering a vibrant hub where individuals can connect, learn, and elevate their businesses in a collaborative and supportive environment.
