HOW TO BOOK MEETING ROOMS ON CREATIVE WORKING DAYS
Meeting rooms must be booked at least 24 hours in advance by emailing reception@professionellehouse.com.
The Front Desk Manager will handle the manual booking in our scheduling system and send a confirmation email to the member.
Once the member receives this confirmation, they can rest assured that their booking is officially confirmed and only then can they utilize the meeting room.
Bookings are limited to a maximum of two hours at a time.
VENUE RENTAL
Our venue is perfect for a wide range of activities, from workshops and product launches to social events, intimate dinners, and special gatherings. The thoughtfully designed layout includes a fully equipped prep kitchen with a commercial microwave, dishwasher, and bar fridge, plus an oversized peninsula that doubles as both a food service area and a stylish bar.
REGISTER FOR YOUR WELCOME ORIENTATION & TOUR
As part of your initial onboarding process, we are pleased to offer welcome tours and orientations on a monthly basis. To participate, please send an email to reception@professionellehouse.com and you will receive a confirmation email to validate your request.
Orientations are scheduled for the last Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM. While attendance is not mandatory, we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to tour the house and meet some of our team members. We look forward to welcoming you!

Natasha Helwig is a Facilitator, Writer, and Coach dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and find a sense of belonging. With a focus on unpacking relationships with self and others, Tash empowers people to overcome heartache and toxic patterns, creating space for introspection, vulnerability, and healing. She has facilitated DEIB training across North America and founded Broken Heals Inc. in 2012, offering workshops and coaching that foster personal growth, healthier relationships, and increased self-worth. Tash has also been featured on panels and worked as a facilitator at Berklee City College, guiding youth through love, life, and graduation programs. She supports professional women and women of color navigating relationship challenges and striving for deeper connection and self-fulfillment.

Creative working days, effective February 2025, are Monday & Wednesday (10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Hours of operation may change at management’s discretion without prior notice. The facility may close due to inclement weather or private events, as determined by management. Members will be notified of any closures through updates posted on the member portal. It is the member’s responsibility to regularly check the portal for these updates.
